Fluffy Pancakes
Ingredients
Makes 8 pancakes
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp (25g) Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/4 cups (300ml) Milk
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp (30g) Unsalted Butter, melted
Directions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and egg. Pour into the dry ingredients.
3. Add melted butter and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle.
5. Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side.
6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
